Frequently asked questions

I bought something but didn't receive it.

Open Grid Race → Settings → Privacy & Purchases → Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so Remove Ads, bundles and Rhythm Pass come back on any device signed in with the same account.

How do I cancel Rhythm Pass?

Rhythm Pass is managed by Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Grid Race, or manage subscriptions here.

Why do I see ads?

Ads keep Grid Race free. Video ads are always optional and give you a reward. Interstitial ads never appear during a level, and you can remove them with Remove Ads or Rhythm Pass.

Multiplayer or leaderboards don't work.

These use Game Center. Make sure you are signed in under iPhone Settings → Game Center and that you're online.

Can I change the language?

Yes: Settings → Language → English, Türkçe, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Português (Brasil), 日本語 or 한국어.
